“Listen”

I had been experimenting with water colours to capture and convey shades and depth, depicting the large part of this piece as the ‘background.’ I used acrylics as contrast, bringing the focal point of the piece — the ear — to the fore. I finished the piece using acrylic brush pens to add the detailed touches.
